In Ness and Snowball he also has the power to control water and when he finds more power orbs he gains more like all of his friends he has a special power well kinda he can't throw his patterns or use stripes like whips or hardin his fur then throw it like quills no he has a collar that has the power too break Ness out of stone when she touches water.
He is really a nice guy he is one of the main characters and also a good guy who fights evil. Go to other characters to find out this is about Snowball man.
He is actually really powerful when you think about it he can do ANYTHING with water he is a master he could techinally put out the SUN with no problem. He is also very loyal to his friends but does tend to be very cocky in a battle he thinks he can win
he lives in Bone City in a beach house near the coast with Ness and hold the title of the main mascot of Dog Tree Productions
