This man is a REAL GOOF he is always finding ways to go around something like a bet or a deal he has the power the control the wind and air
and also can use his hair in his mane to harden the hair and throw it and use them like knifes or quills.
But overall he is a pretty nice and trusting in battle just maybe not as much in a real case
he is also the co-leader of a team of heros called the red moons. He lives in a rock. the rock hides the screct lair for all the heros in Bone City and the only way the open the screct door is if one if the heros put DNA in a tube linked to a bird bath like build all linked to the rock shell hiding the lair. He is in charge of most of the hero but not Ness, Snowball, Tiger and Armo. The name of the team he and Lion guides is called "The Red Moons"
