Meet Dr. Animal

Dr. Animal is the main antagonist for the series "Ness and Snowball" and is villain that is seen most and makes most of the series plots and storys when it comes to evil and trouble. He has a lair he used that lair the make Ness and Snowball they were made to be evil and cause choas he had a old base/lair it is underground it is supposed to be hidden not to be found. He is the father of Ness and Snowball but like any other villain gets defeated VERY often and loses all the time.
