Meet Dr. Animal
Dr. Animal is the main antagonist for the series "Ness and Snowball" and is the villain that is seen most and makes most of the series plots and stories when it comes to evil and trouble. He has a lair he used that lair the make Ness and Snowball they were made to be evil and cause chaos. He had a old base/lair it is underground
it is supposed to be hidden not to be found. He is the father of Ness and Snowball but like any other villain gets defeated VERY often and loses all the time. He is just in one series though and does not show in other series by The Dog Tree.
